A walk-thru in person or virtual of your home advising in detail how you can declutter/depersonalize each room on your own (1 Hour).

Picture perfect

Call for estimate

Declutter/depersonalize/stage, depending on the client's needs. This package is great for putting the finishing touch on your home before your realtor arrives for pictures. 

Whole House

Call for estimate

This package is great for decluttering your whole house of items you don't want to pack/move into your new home. 

(Livable space only, garage/storage will be separate)

Vacation Rental Stage & Set up

Call for estimate

If you own a vacation rental property and need assistance staging, ordering furniture and essentials, or would like for us to take care of everything from blank canvas to ready to rent give us a call.

Purchase for your client

Pre-picture touch up

A walk through of each room clearing counter tops of clutter, re-arranging & depersonalizing before pictures are taken. (2 Hours)

A gift from your realtor

$390

Purchase this as a gift for your new client to use for organizing, decluttering, packing/unpacking, however they would like. I will create a nice gift certificate for you to present to your client.
